Shipping + Exchanges

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the original order date and time, and will be shipped within 2 days maximum.  All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping.  Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-7 business days, with the exception of a few locations. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

 

Shipping cost will be a flat rate of $9.99. Shipments in value over $99 (prior to tax) qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, blingglamour.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.  Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured.  We will not be held responsible should UPS lose your package.  You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.  Once packages are marked delivered there is no claim we can make with the carrier.

 

Exchange Policy

Items bought on our website must be returned back to the address where we run our website. You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise within 15 days of the ship date.  All returned items must have original tags and receipts in order to be eligible for a return.  ALL EXCHANGES must be made within 15 DAYS of the SHIP DATE and HAVE TAGS and RECEIPT or we will not honor the return. Shipping is not credited to your customer account ONLY cost of the merchandise once is is received back to the store it was shipped from. Your customer account balance will have a credit that never expires! Use your credit balance at any of our store locations or online! 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Merchandise that is returned to our online store will be subject to our online store return policy.  Merchandise may be returned to the online store (items brought back in store  are subject to our in store return policy for store credit or exchange only). Items may be mailed back to Bling Wichita - Greenwich 2684 N. Greenwich CT. Suite 300, Wichita, KS 67226. Returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, unless an error is made on behalf of BLiNG. Please include your order number and information about the return. Items mailed back to the online store will be eligible for exchange or return. Exchanges will be subject to new shipping costs of $9.99.

ALL RETURNS must be made within 15 DAYS of the SHIP DATE and HAVE TAGS and RECEIPT or we will not honor the return. We urge you to please take extra care when opening your packages as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the merchandise leaves our store.  We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our return policies.  All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.

 

BOGO Return Policy

 

Exchanges

Items from a BOGO deal are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item’s full price. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Please see the example below.

Returns

Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as pairs. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair, making the lower-priced item free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for the two items minus shipping charges. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund the new value of the returned item to your original method of payment. Please see the examples below.

Example for Exchanging One Item from a BOGO Offer

The order contains two items: Item #1 is $14.95 and Item #2 is $18.95. If an exchange is set up for Item #1, any item that is priced $14.95 or less is eligible for the exchange. If an exchange is set up for Item #2, any item that is priced $18.95 or less is eligible for the exchange. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment.

Example for Returning One Item from a BOGO Offer

The order contains two items: Item #1 is $14.95 and Item #2 is $18.95. The order total (minus shipping) is $18.95 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1), meaning each item now has a value of $9.48, or half the order total. Because the order total is divided equally between the two items, the refund amount will be $9.48 regardless of which pair is returned. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Example for Returning Both Items from a BOGO Offer

The order contains two items: Item #1 is $14.95 and Item #2 is $18.95. The order total (minus shipping) is $18.95 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1), meaning each item in the pair now has a value of $9.48, which is half of the order total. Returning both items will refund $18.95 (plus any applicable tax) back to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

 

 

IN STORE RETURNS

            Merchandise that is returned to one of our store locations will be subject to our in store return policy. Funds will NOT be credited back to the credit card used at the time of the return. Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or for store credit, shipping costs are NOT refundable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE STORE LOCATIONS.  Exchanges may only be made on unworn, unwashed or unused items with original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase.

            In order to return items to one of our store locations for in store credit or exchange, you MUST have made an account with us when you bought those items. When our workers create an account for you this then allows for in store credit and exchanges to be done for you in the future. If you decide to not give the worker your name and phone number to create an account for you, then in-store credit and exchanges will NOT be able to be facilitated. 

 

We are very strict on our 15 day return policy.  This is due to our fast pace moving inventory and the high demand for our products.  No matter what the circumstances are, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 15 day time frame.  We feel it is unfair to bend the rules for any customer and therefore we will not.  We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
