If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call us (620-874-1169) for a Return Authorization number. We'll instruct you to return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a credit to your credit card. Products sent back after the 7 day limit, but prior to 30 days, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any product returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
All products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days and can be exchanged with a copy of your receipt. Simply return it to us with a note describing the defect and what item you would like as a replacement. We will promptly replace it. Items returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
